BIFFL arranged its 10^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 31 September 2021 on a virtual meeting platform. In the meeting, the shareholders approved the Audited Financial Statements for the FY 2020 and declared cash dividend of BDT 216 million in favor of the Government of Bangladesh as the shareholders of BIFFL. It also paid income tax of BDT 781 million in the said year to the national exchequer. In 2020, the company earned a total revenue of BDT 1.90 billion and made after tax profit of BDT 541 million. Mr. Abdur Rouf Talukder, Chairman of BIFFL and Senior Secretary to the Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, presided over the AGM.
