Representatives of Bangladesh Infrastructure Finance Fund Limited (BIFFL), along with officials of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), visited Patenga Container Terminal on 6 October 2026 as part of project supervision.

The visit aimed to review the physical implementation progress of the project, understand its investment profile and progress, and examine the major investments and infrastructure implementation status.

The BIFFL delegation comprised Mr. S. M. Anisuzzaman, CEO, BIFFL, and Sheikh Anower Sadat, EVP, CRMD.

The ADB team included Mr. Satya Srinivas Lolla, ED; Ms. Maja Sverdrup, Alternate Executive Director (Suite 3); Mr. Helmut Fischer, Alternate Executive Director (Suite 11); and Ms. Seena Garcia, Director's Advisors.
